Hoarding cleanouts

A cleared house, at your pace, with no judgment.

Whether it is your home or a parent's, the hard part is usually starting. We make the physical part easy: you or a family member decide what stays, we do the carrying and sorting, and nobody has to explain anything to anyone.

How it goes

  1. Start with a conversation

Text or call. Tell us what the situation is and what you are hoping for: one room, a path through the house, or the whole place. Photos help but are not required for a first chat.

  2. A plan you control

We walk the house with you or a family member, agree on what stays and what goes, and price it by how much trailer space it will fill. Nothing leaves without a yes.

  3. Work in stages if you want

One room at a time, one trailer load at a time, over several visits if that is easier. Or all at once in a day. The pace is yours.

  4. Sort as we go

Keep, donate, recycle, go. We set aside anything that looks like documents, photos, cash, jewelry or keepsakes and hand it to you before it goes anywhere.

  5. Finished and swept

We sweep each cleared space and send photos. If the house needs a deep clean after, we tell you honestly and can point you to someone who does that.

Discreet by default

  • No conversation with neighbors about the job
  • Nothing posted about the job, ever
  • Trailer loaded and gone the same day, never left overnight
  • Only the people you want there are there
  • Family members can run the job from out of town by text and photos

What needs a specialist

We clear what two people can carry. Some situations need trained, licensed help first, and we will say so rather than pretend. If any of these are part of the picture, tell us and we point you to the right people before we come:

  • Animal waste, dead animals or pest infestation
  • Needles, medical waste or human waste
  • Mold through walls or floors
  • Structural damage that makes rooms unsafe to enter

If you are doing this for a parent or relative

You do not need them to agree to everything on day one. Many families start with one room, a working kitchen, or a safe path to the bathroom, and go from there. We take direction from whoever you say is in charge, and we are patient with the person whose home it is.

If you are out of town, we can work from your photos, a key or lockbox, and a keep list, and send photos as each space is done.

Questions families ask

Do you do hoarding cleanouts?
Yes. We clear homes at the pace the family needs, one room or the whole house, and we do it without judgment. Text or call to talk it through first.
Will you be discreet?
Yes. No talking to neighbors, nothing posted about the job, trailer gone the same day, and only the people you want there.
Can it be done over several visits?
Yes. One room or one trailer load at a time, over as many visits as you want. Each load is priced the same way.
What if we find something important in the pile?
We set aside anything that looks like documents, photos, cash, jewelry or keepsakes and hand it to you before anything leaves.
What can you not handle?
Animal or human waste, needles and medical waste, mold through walls, or rooms that are unsafe to enter need a licensed specialist first. We tell you straight and point you to one.
How much does a hoarding cleanout cost?
The same way as any job: by how much trailer space it fills, labor and dump fees included. A full house is usually several loads. We walk it with you and give a number before we start.
Do I have to be there?
No. A family member can run it by text and photos with a key or lockbox. We send photos as each space is cleared.

Start with a text. No photos needed.

Tell us what the situation is and we talk it through. No pressure, no judgment, and no obligation.
