What common jobs cost
A garage cleared out
$150 to $325
Quarter trailer to Half trailer
Most garage cleanouts land between a quarter and a half trailer: old furniture, boxes, a broken appliance, bikes nobody rides. A garage that has not been parked in for years can reach three quarters.
One big item
$95 to $125
Single item
A couch, mattress, fridge or hot tub lid, from the curb or from inside. Same price either way.
A whole apartment or estate
$450 to $575
Full trailer
Furniture, boxes, kitchen, closets, the lot. If it takes more than one load we tell you before we start, and each load is priced the same way.
Why the number does not change
Quote from a photo
Text a picture of the pile and we reply with a firm range, usually inside ten minutes. No visit needed.
Confirmed before we lift
When we arrive we look at the load, point at where it lands on the trailer, and confirm the number. Then we start.
Same price inside or curbside
We charge for trailer space, not stairs. A couch on the curb and a couch upstairs cost the same.
Pickup or dumpster rental?
A rented dumpster sits in the driveway for days, you do all the loading, and the rental often has a weight limit and a list of things it cannot take. It can make sense for a long renovation where debris piles up over weeks.
For a cleanout that can happen in one day, a pickup is usually simpler: we bring the trailer, load it ourselves, and it is gone the same afternoon. You pay for the space you use, not a flat rental.
Is there such a thing as free junk removal?
Not from a crew that shows up and loads. Every pickup has labor, fuel and dump fees behind it, so anyone offering free removal is either taking only scrap metal they can sell or planning to charge once they arrive.
What is free: donation centers accept usable furniture and household goods, and some will pick up. Metal recyclers take appliances and scrap. If your pile is mostly donatable, tell us and we route it there first, at no extra charge, as part of the load.

Pricing questions
- How much does junk removal cost in Jacksonville?
- Between $95 for a single item and $575 for a full trailer load, depending on how much space your pile fills. Labor, dump fees and cleanup are included. Text a photo for a firm number.
- What is the average cost to have a garage cleared out?
- Most garages land between a quarter and a half trailer, which is $150 to $325. A garage packed to the ceiling can reach three quarters, $350 to $425.
- What is included in the price?
- The crew, all the lifting from wherever the items sit, dump and disposal fees, donation drop-offs and the sweep-up. There are no fuel, trip or weekend surcharges.
- Is the quote from a photo final?
- The photo gets you a firm range. We confirm the exact number on site before we lift anything, and the price we confirm is the price you pay.
- Do you charge extra for stairs or heavy items?
- No. The price is set by trailer space. Upstairs, in the attic or at the curb is the same price.
- Is junk removal cheaper than renting a dumpster?
- For a one-day cleanout it usually is, because you pay only for the space you use and nobody loads it but us. A dumpster can make sense for a renovation that produces debris over several weeks.
- Can I get junk removed for free?
- Not with a crew doing the loading. Donation centers and metal recyclers take some items free, and donatable items ride with our load at no extra charge.
